Fifty shades of magic
What started as one woman's passions for other women and their ambitions, quickly developed into an initiative driven by a collective of women from different backgrounds and industries pushing for a difference. Myself along-side a group of 10 other likeminded women founded and launched Fifty Shades of Magic (FSM).
The Fifty Shades of Magic non-profit organization seeks to embrace, uplift, and inspire women of all ages and shades by creating and fostering opportunities for growth. We aim to identify the innate magic that lies within each woman by fostering collaborative and multi-dimensional relationships between all in a real-world atmosphere. We are committed to highlighting and improving the outlook of women throughout the world.
Lambda pi upsilon sorority inc.
Lambda Pi Upsilon Sorority, Latinas Poderosas Unidas, Inc. (LPiU) )was founded on November 6, 1992 at The State University of New York College at Geneseo by six women, known as our Six Pillars of Strength, with intent to diversify the collegiate offerings of the SUNY Geneseo community. They aspired to strengthen the representation of students of color, particularly the women of color on campus, through cultural awareness, and academic enrichment.
LPiU is a Latina-based, all-inclusive, Greek lettered organization. As an Hermana of LPiU, my commitment to education, cultural awareness, family, and most importantly philanthropy is rooted in my experience. Leadership, Mentorship, Cultural Advancement, Higher Education, Academia, Community Service, and Women Empowerment are at the centerfold of my organization.
